At East Coast Paintball Supply, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next match; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused gear within 30 days.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and that markers have not been aired up or fired.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
